Highlights are short clips containing critical portions of an interview. This can save time by allowing you to quickly and efficiently compare candidates while also enabling you to share essential moments with a broader audience. While highlights are automatically created while you conduct an interview and score a candidate, Pillar will also allow you to create custom highlights after the fact. Custom highlights are easy to develop, empowering users with the flexibility to create the perfect highlight.

Create Custom Highlight
Navigate to the Candidates tab.
Select the desired candidate.
You will now see the overview of the candidate's interviews. Select the desired interview.
Click the Highlights tab. Below this tab, you can see all the highlights that were automatically created during the interview.
Click the Transcript tab.
To create your own highlight, click the Create Highlight icon (represented by scissors).
You can Search transcription or scroll through and select the desired portions you want to include in your highlight.
Once you've identified the desired portion, drag to highlight the desired spots.
Click Save Highlight.
Name your highlight, then click Save.
Your custom highlight will be saved in the Highlights tab.
