Using our Greenhouse Integration, Pillar can automatically join interviews scheduled via Greenhouse

Prerequisities
- The Zoom Integration for Greenhouse must be installed
- You must be a Greenhouse Site Admin with Developer Permissions to manage ALL the organization's API Credentials
How to Install
Please ensure that the prerequisites have been met.
Create a Service Account in GH for Pillar to automatically (non-human) scrape interview guide/scorecard metadata.
Next, navigate to the Greenhouse API Credential Management page.
NOTE: If you cannot access this page, you need another Site Admin to grant you the developer permissions mentioned in the prerequisites.
Click Create API Key. In the Description text box, type Pillar API Key. Select Harvest for Type.
Select the following checkboxes:
- Applications
- Candidates
- Job Openings
- Job Posts
- Job Stages
- Jobs
- Scheduled Interviews
- Scorecards
- Users
- User Roles
After selecting the checkboxes, click Update.
You will be redirected back to the API Credential Management page. Find the newly created Pillar API Key and click Copy.
Navigate back to Pillar.
Click your user profile in the top right corner of the page, then select My Profile.
Navigate to the Greenhouse page under Integrations on the left side of the page.
NOTE: You must have owner-level access to your Pillar Organization to access this page.
Paste your API Key from above into the Harvest API Key text box and click Save.
On the first synchronization of Greenhouse to Pillar, the integration will create a new user in your Greenhouse Account with the email format: integrations+yourcompany@pillar.hr. This user will be assigned a Job Admin role to be able to read and write Interview Guide scorecards to Greenhouse. One must be created if your Greenhouse account does not have a user role named Standard or Basic, which is also a Job Admin.
Usage
Once the integration is installed, it's time to select the roles you wish to sync with Pillar. Pillar will automatically join interviews for synced roles and scheduled via Greenhouse according to your organization's settings. There are two settings in Pillar for capturing interviews:
- Import All - Pillar will join every interview scheduled through Greenhouse.
- Choose Jobs Individually - Specify which jobs Pillar should capture.
By default, Pillar will use the Choose roles individually setting when the integration is installed.
Once the correct roles are selected, they will populate into Pillar with a toggle next to each.
NOTE: Toggling a role "on" activates Pillar's engagement with that role. This may include recording/transcribing interviews, as well as the activation of automated emails to candidates and interviewers, depending on your organization's engagement.

Pillar Push into Greenhouse
To enable the push into Greenhouse, please provide Pillar with the active subdomain (app, app2, etc.) when visiting your Greenhouse instance.
After an interview is complete, Pillar can push candidate scoring, notes and summaries back into Greenhouse as seen here:

How to Uninstall the Integration
Login to Pillar.
Click your user menu in the top right of the page, then select My Profile.
Navigate to the Greenhouse Integration page.
Under the Harvest API Key text box, click Remove.
