  • Late Submission Count: Number of scorecards submitted after the deadline.
  • Completion Rate: Percentage of completed scorecards (all required fields filled out).
  • Partially Completed Scorecards: Number or percentage of scorecards with missing sections.
  • Skipped Questions Count: Average number of skipped questions per scorecard.
  • Detailed Feedback Rate: Percentage of scorecards that include detailed written feedback versus minimal responses.
