Scorecards

  • Time to Submit Scorecard: Average time taken (in hours/days) from interview completion to scorecard submission.
  • On-Time Submission Rate: Percentage of scorecards submitted within the expected time frame (e.g., within 24 hours).
  • Late Submission Count: Number of scorecards submitted after the deadline.
  • Completion Rate: Percentage of completed scorecards (all required fields filled out).
  • Partially Completed Scorecards: Number or percentage of scorecards with missing sections.
  • Skipped Questions Count: Average number of skipped questions per scorecard.
  • Detailed Feedback Rate: Percentage of scorecards that include detailed written feedback versus minimal responses.
  • Consistency of Ratings: Measure how often an interviewer’s ratings align with other reviewers (if multiple scorecards exist for the same candidate).
  • Score Distribution: Evaluate whether the interviewer uses the full range of scores or clusters around certain values.
  • Average Submission Time: Overall average time for scorecard submission across all interviewers.
  • Completion Percentage Per Interviewer: Percentage of scorecards completed for interviews assigned to an individual interviewer.
  • Late Submission Trends: Identify patterns of late submissions (e.g., by interviewer, team, or time of week).
