Launching a Pillar Interview Guide in Teams

Add the Pillar App to your Teams Meeting

  1. Launch the interview in Teams.
  2. In the top toolbar, click Apps.
  3. Search Pillar in the apps search bar and click on the Pillar app once it shows up. 

Once the app is added, it will appear in the top toolbar next to Apps

Using the Pillar App within your Teams Meeting

Click the Pillar app in the top toolbar.

In the Pillar sidebar, click Open Interview Guide. Note: This will show the Interview Guide assigned to the role within the Pillar app.

Use your premade Interview Guide to walk you through the interview! The Notes tab will allow you to take real-time notes while talking with the candidate. 

Once the interview is complete, click Done. This will return the information and transcript to the Pillar app for your review later.
