A Microsoft integration enables Pillar to connect to your organization's Outlook calendar and Teams schedule to analyze virtual interviews for anyone in your organization. The AI interview companion (bot) will automatically join your organization's interviews, record them, and then process them for insights. This will allow you to use the Pillar Teams application for loading guides (see installation documentation linked).

Install
Navigate to the Microsoft Settings Page from your Pillar Owner account. Click Authenticate Pillar with Microsoft.
Sign in with your Microsoft organization admin credentials on the Microsoft authorization screen.
This account needs to have access to the following scopes:
- Calendars.Read (Exchange Admin)
- OnlineMeetingRecording.Read.All (Teams Admin)
- OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite.All (Teams Admin)
- User.Read.All (Users Admin)
Once the permissions screen has been configured accordingly, click Accept.
Once connected, the integration page will show Calendars and Email addresses for users. This page allows you to limit the user accounts and calendars that have access to Pillar:
Uninstall
To uninstall the Microsoft integration, navigate to the Microsoft Settings page from your Pillar Owner account and click Deactivate.
