Interviews Page
All previously completed or future scheduled interviews are listed on this page. Please note that the information on this page can be sorted and filtered according to your specific needs.
Interview Record
This page hosts an individual interview that has been completed. All information about the interview will live on this page, such as the scorecard, interview insights, highlights, transcript, notes, etc. You can also replay the interview from this page.
- Scorecard: The scoring and any notes taken by the interviewer during the interview.
-
Summaries and write-ups: Provide a contextual summary of what occurred during the interview, including the candidate's background, skills, and availability. If needed, this can be copied using the clipboard icon at the top right to paste into another document.
-
Insights: Indicators of how the interview went, including talk-time metrics and "coachable moments".
-
Highlights: These are short video snippets of critical points from the interview. The AI companion automatically generates some. However, users can create custom highlights. Highlights allow your team to quickly review specific points of an interview and even share key moments with outside stakeholders who weren't part of the actual discussion, like the hiring manager.
-
Transcript: Generated by the AI companion, the transcript lists each word spoken and a timestamp. While watching the interview playback, the transcript tab can autoscroll along with the video based on the timestamp.
-
Notes: This tab allows all relevant stakeholder users to place notes for the candidate's interview.
Roles Page
This will show you all the interviews conducted for each role. Clicking on a specific role will show information such as the Hiring Manager, the number of candidates in the interview pipeline, and the Interview Guides attached to the role. In the candidates section, candidates are listed by the score they received.
Candidates can be compared for situations where candidates receive similar scores. Use the checkboxes to the right of the candidates to select multiple profiles. Once the profiles to compare have been selected, use the Compare button in the top right of the candidate list to open the comparison page.
